A new fad diet.... A way of making money off of naive people...

Well I think this is the dumbest thing ever and the most unhealthy way to lose weight. It's a crash diet times 10! So what this guy does is inject you with growth hormone for 30 days and you only eat 500 calories a day making you lose 30 lbs at the end of the month.

Do you see something wrong here? ummm first of all after years and years of people dieting and rebounding it is proven that in order to lose weight you have to train your mind to eat less, and exercise more in order to lose 2 lbs a week to be healthy and learn to keep the weight off.

Well this doctor says that he can make you lose weight.... sure your gonna lose weight! You don't need to pay anyone to lose weight if your just eating 500 calories a day!!! That in itself will make you shed the pounds. If anyone gets on this diet, I say there is a 99% chance that they will gain all the weight plus some in a few weeks.

Then the fact that you are putting a synthetic growth hormone that you body already makes can't be good!  Injecting yourself with hormones make your body think that you don't need that hormone as much as you needed before because it gets used to the extra hormone.  Now you just screwed your body when its not present anymore.  That can't be good either.  

The reason I'm talking about this is that there are people passing out flyers at the flea markets saying this the best thing since sliced bread. Feeding off the same people that believe that herbalife will change their lives. You don't need to spend money on these things if you are not gonna change the way you live for the rest of you life. In order to keep this weight off you have to make a commitment to continue being healthy forever. These miss a meal diets make lazy fat people lose weight, but the become lazy fatter people once they stop paying for the fad diet. The weight did not come on over night, so don't expect it to come off so fast.

GOOD OL' EXERCISE and HEALTHIER EATING IS ALL YOU NEED!
